Report Catalyzing Innovation Examples

Promote your CCTS-supported "Catalyzing Innovation Example" to the NIH

CTSA Catalyzing Innovation Examples (formerly Science Advances) are research results that can be attributed significantly to the CTSA—results that wouldn't have been possible without CTSAs. Catalyzing Innovation Examples are used by the NIH to prepare media and congressional outreach materials, slide presentations for various audiences, and fact sheets and articles for internal and external publications and websites.

CCTS-support is not limited to funding.  The NIH is also interested in Catalyzing Innovation Examples that were facilitated by any CCTS resource, including the Clinical Research Unit, the Child Health Research Unit, CCTS Cores, consultative services such as biostatistics, bioinformatics, career development planning, Project Panels, training programs, and so on.

In order to gather data regarding scientific advances supported by CTSAs, NCATS has designed a Catalyzing Innovation Examples so that institutions and researchers can self-identify research advances they would like to highlight.  Information on how to submit the Innovation to the NIH is posted on the form; for more information or help, contact Christina Crowe, CCTS Media Specialist.
