In addition to supporting the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, sisters support their fellow Greeks by participating in philanthropy events hosted by other Greek organizations. Alpha Gams can be seen running relay races at Lambda Chi Alpha's Watermelon Bust, collecting money on University Boulevard for Pi Kappa Phi's Scaffold Sit, bowling in Alpha Omicron Pi's Strike Out Arthritis, getting "arrested" for Alpha Xi Delta's Jail-N-Bail, swimming and playing dodge ball at Delta Gamma's Anchor Splash and Anchor Slam, donating items to Zeta Phi Beta's Clothes Drive, building houses at NPC's Habitat for Humanity Sorority Days and making Easter Baskets for NPC's Bunny Aid project.

Sisters of Alpha Gamma Delta also serve their community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, United Way's Crisis Center, UAB Housing Move-In Days, Into the Streets, Grace House, Special Equestrians, Special Olympics, The McWane Center, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Angel Tree, Balm of Gilliad, Birmingham Zoo, Children's Hospital, Camp Rainbow, Firehouse Mission, First Light Women's Shelter, Focus First, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation Gala and Walk, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, Make a Wish Day, Music Ignites the Mind, Springfest, St. Mary's Gospel Choir, Homecoming events, USGA elections and USGA Wing Fling.
