The Sculpture program is housed on the ground floor of the
Hulsey Center (Room 108). It includes a classroom with equipment
for woodworking, a plaster room, and welding room. A variety
of courses are taught in the curriculum from Three Dimensional
Design (ARS 102) to Advanced Sculpture (ARS 420) and Internships
in Sculpture at local foundries and Sloss Furnace National
Historic Landmark Metal Arts Center. Students create works
that range from small-scale objects to large-scale installations
and outdoor site-specific pieces.
