Certificates

To help students and working professionals define themselves in the workforce and advance in their careers, the UAB School of Business offers certificate programs that provide specialized training to meet the latest industry needs. Currently, the following three certificate programs are offered:

Graduate Certificate in Social Media

Graduate students and working professionals learn how to use social media technologies to benefit organizational goals and communicate with key stakeholders.

Project Management Certificate

Professionals increase their skills in the effective execution of value-adding business process by being trained and certified in the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).

Professional Sales Certificate

All majors from across UAB are eligible to compete for entrance to this unique program that allows students to enhance their interpersonal communication skills in a business environment and distinguish themselves as committed professionals in sales and customer service.
