The new Collat Tutoring Lab is serving students this summer, May 5 - August 7, Monday through Thursday, 11:30am-5:30pm (not open on holidays); no appointments necessary at this time and absolutely no fees charged. The lab is located on the first floor of the Collat School of Business, BEC 114.
The tutoring service is available to all students taking business courses and places special emphases on courses with the highest repeat rates: AC 200, EC 210, EC 211, FN 310 and QM 214. All tutors have demonstrated academic success in areas they tutor and have received training with Dr. Kim Cunningham, Director of the University Academic Success Center, a valuable resource center open to all UAB students.
“Student success is a top priority of the Collat School of Business,” says Dr. Karen Kennedy, Sr. Associate Dean. “We are excited to be in a position to offer this resource in a convenient location for our students.”FAQ
