John Hansen & Ken Miller to Lead UAB Center for Sales Leadership

John Hansen Ph.D., and Ken Miller, Ed.D., have been appointed to head the UAB Center for Sales Leadership within the UAB School of Business.
The center was created in 2006 to foster the study of professional selling and to provide unique opportunities for students to receive education and training in advanced selling practices. UAB students may complete a 12-hour Advanced Sales Certificate program that gives them a major advantage in the job market upon graduation.

UAB School of Business Offers CPE Credit for CPAs and Accountants
The UAB School of Business is offering a day-long seminar designed to help working professionals stay current on accounting and auditing changes.
The Accounting CPE Day event on Friday, August 17, 2012 will feature five informative sessions in key subjects, such as fiduciary accounting, digital evidence in fraud investigations and the FASB’s and IASB’s conceptual framework, and participants will receive 8 hours of Accounting and Auditing CPE credit.
