Personal:

I was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and moved here with my husband (who is definitely my biggest fan!) in 2011. I love my new home and my outlook on life is one of positivity, excitement and ever growing opportunity. Fitness and Wellness are extremely important to me and being able to share my growing body of knowledge concerning healthy behaviors with others is just as essential. I teach classes here at the rec center focusing on relieving stress and improving flexibility and mind-body awareness. I will be taking classes in the department of Human Studies for the next few years as I journey towards my goal of receiving a doctorate in Health Education!
