Cindi Bartko
Assistant Director of Aquatics 

I am looking forward to becoming the Assistant Director for Aquatics and Safety at UAB. I hope to expand and enhance the current programs offered and to get to know the patrons and employees who make the Recreation Center their home for fitness and leisure pursuits.  I have been managing aquatic facilities and programs for over 22 years and have worked in community, private and academic facilities. I love being in, on and around water. My favorite pastime is to be outdoors with my dog Max, and when I cannot be outside, I love cooking for family and friends.
