October Department Calendar Now Available! 
Check out everything Campus Recreation programs and services have to offer for October like the Indoor Ironman that starts on the 12th! Open Rec Night in October will be on the 8th and it is Glow in the Dark Yoga at 6:30pm so wear lots of white or neon colors in studio 1! Three Intramurals; Volleyball, Outdoor soccer, & badminton have registration deadlines on the 16th at 11:30pm. Get plugged in all of our programs and services in October!

STUDIO V is our premier fitness studio offering high intensity interval and performance enhancement classes. With a variety of classes offered throughout the year, this studio will challenge anyone's fitness level!

The Fall Schedule is HERE!

TRX Functional Training
Learn the basics of this rapidly growing fitness trend, TRX!  Along with great TRX instruction the class will include functional training that involves full body movements and learn to stabilize the body and use your core in every exercise. The course will run from August 24th through October 14th and it is Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.

Series runs from August 24 - October 15!
Monday/Wednesday:   5:30pm-6:30pm
Class Fee: Session One - $50


Our Workout of the Day (W.O.D.) classes offer a non-stop cardio and strength training workout that will challenge any fitness level! Push yourself with these high intensity workouts to reach your true potential. You can purchase your pass at the Membership Desk if you are up for the challenge!

W.O.D Schedule:

Tuesday:  1:00 - 1:45pm
Thursday: 12:15 - 1:00pm
Friday: 12:30 - 1:00pm       

SINGLE DAY: $5.00/$15.00
5 PASS: $20.00/$30.00
10 PASS: $45.00/$90.00
25 PASS: $100.00/$200.00

STUDIO V: Women Strength Training

Women Strength Training is a workout specifically designed for all the ladies. This great workout will have you increasing your endurance and toning your muscles all while learning how to equipment properly.

This class starts August 24! 
DAYS: Monday & Wednesday
: 4:30pm-5:30pm
COST: Free
