July Department Calendar Now Available!
Check out everything Campus Recreation programs and services have to offer for July like Happy Hour on July 9th including a bootcamp style class or New Yoga Bootcamp in studio 1 on Wednesday July 15 from 5:30pm-6:30pm! We also are offering an Adult & Pediatric First Aid with CPR/AED recertification on July 11th from 9:00am-3:00pm. Don't miss out on our Yoga on the Green event happening on July 30th from 4:00-6:30pm which is open to the community!

STUDIO V is our premier fitness studio offering high intensity interval and performance enhancement classes. With a variety of classes offered throughout the year, this studio will challenge anyone's fitness level!

Studio V: Insanity
Insanity is a hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance. You will see noticeable results within the first few sessions as you build incredible core strength and increase your cardiovascular capacity through intense movement, resistance training, and flexibility maneuver.

Session Two starts July 7th!
Tuesday/Thursday:   5:30pm-6:30pm
Class Fee: Session One - $50, Both Sessions - $90

This new Studio V series meets every day for 45 minutes of non-stop cardio and strength training. Get your body to reach its true potential by taking this class. Purchase your pass at the Welcome Desk with Membership Services today!

STUDIO V: Jump Stretch
Tired of doing the same type of workouts? Try this full body workout that incorporates resistance bands to increase your flexibility, strength, stability, and agility! This class utilizes resistance bands instead of weight and will eave you feeling rejuvenated and strong.

Starts May 4th!
TIME: 12:30pm-1:00pm
DAYS: Tuesday/Thursday
COST: Passes must eb purchases at the membership services desk in the CRCT.

STUDIO V: Women Strength Training
Along with "Women On Weights", this classi sdesigned for all the ladies! Come join women just like you who are looking for a great workout and are ready to learn how to use equipment properly.

Starts May 11th! 
TIME: 4:30pm-5:30pm
DAYS: Monday
COST: Free
