When using this exit, you are now able to turn to the left or right. The entrance system/conditions are the exact same as prior to the changes. This intense AM workout will engage all of your body’s core energy systems by focusing on speed, power, strength, and endurance.  Designed to get the most out of your training and your time we will push your body to the edge, it’s up to your mind to get you through it!

Starts September 15th!
[6 weeks/12 classes]
TIME: 7:15am-8:00am

INSTRUCTOR

COST: $50 for Members / $60 for Non-Members
