parkingATTENTION: PARKING LOT 5A WILL BE CLOSING 10/1 - 2/1 DUE TO PARKING CONSTRUCTION!
Please be aware that UAB Campus Recreation will validate during these months only, until 5pm on the first floor of the 9th Avenue Deck. The gate will be lifted in the 9th Avenue Deck (on the pass gate side/Denman Hall side) from 5pm-11pm (Mon-Th) and 5pm-9pm (Friday). In addition, patrons can use 9th and 16th Avenue Decks on weekends.

Bottles can be refilled at water fountains or at any of the six water bottle refilling stations across campus. Student stations are located in Rast, Denman, Blount, Camp and Blazer halls, and the Campus Recreation Center station is accessible to everyone. This intense AM workout will engage all of your body’s core energy systems by focusing on speed, power, strength, and endurance.  Designed to get the most out of your training and your time we will push your body to the edge, it’s up to your mind to get you through it!

TIME: 7:15am-8:00am
