STUDIO V DAYBREAK BOOTCAMP [SESSION 1]
RISE AND SHINE WITH THIS ONE OF A KIND WORKOUT!
This intense AM workout will engage all of your body’s core energy systems by focusing on speed, power, strength, and endurance.  Designed to get the most out of your training and your time we will push your body to the edge, it’s up to your mind to get you through it!

Starts September 15th!
[6 weeks/12 classes]
TIME: 7:15am-8:00am

INSTRUCTOR

DAYS: Monday/Friday
COST: $50 for Members / $60 for Non-Members
