UAB's Rec Center is bringing you one of the most exciting workout trends with guaranteed results, CrossFit! Take you workout to the furthest extreme possible! Certified Instructor, Minor Bowens, will instruct this CrossFit class here at UAB.

Whether you are looking for sports conditioning or interval training, Studio V Tribe: Bootcamp will have you on and off your feet. You have never been challenged like this before. Workouts combine a variety of plyometrics, interval training, strength training, and more!

STUDIO V TRIBE: Bodyweight Blitz
Looking for high intensity? this is the H.I.I.T workout that you have been missing! This class incorporates total body weight exercises that will increase your heart rate and calories burned. Say goodbye to the weights and the excuses; get into the fitness shape of your life!

TRX 101
Learn the basics of this rapidly growing fitness trend, TRX! Participate in our FREE session where a certified trainer will guide you through workouts teaching you the basic techniques, proper form, and education in the TRX Training System. No registration required. Non-Members are not eligible for participation.

TRX Conditioning
TRX suspension training is a revolutionary total-body fitness program that uses gravity against your own body weight. Participating in the advanced class will train individuals to increase their strength, balance, flexibility, and stability.
