Studio V: Insanity
Insanity is a hyper-intense, high energy workout that combines the fundamentals of interval training with a focus on building strength, endurance, and balance. You will see noticeable results within the first few sessions as you build incredible core strength and increase your cardiovascular capacity through intense movement, resistance training, and flexibility maneuver.

Starts January 26th!
Monday/Wednesday:   5:30pm-6:30pm

STUDIO V: W.O.D SERIES
RUN FARTHER. JUMP HIGHER. SWEAT MORE! 
This new Studio V series meets every day for 45 minutes of non-stop cardio and strength training. Get your body to reach its true potential by taking this class. Purchase your pass at the Welcome Desk with Membership Services today!

STUDIO V Kettle Kamp
RISE AND SHINE WITH THIS ONE OF A KIND WORKOUT!
Drop the excuses and pick up the Kettle Ball! This FREE quick 30 minute workout class will provide you with a full-body workout utilizing Studio V Kettle Balls. Techniques will assist participants in increasing their strength, endurance, agility, and overall toning. 

Starts January 6th!
Three week course!
TIME: 6:45am-7:15am

STUDIO V Jump Stretch
Try this full body workout that incorporates resistance bands to increase your flexibility, strength, stability, and agility! It utilizes resistance bands instead of weights and will leave you feeling rejuvenated and stronger. This class will also train the smaller muscles that are rarely exercised and will help muscles recover from previous workouts!

Starts January 5th!
