Spring 16 Studio V Schedule

Cross Training - Spring Break Edition
This 9-week program will focus on building a platform for your workout routine. We will focus on improving your form and strength. This class will begin with basic body weight exercises and work up to using equipment and increasing intensity. This is a great opportunity to get back in the gym after the holidays and prepare for your Spring Break getaways!

DATE: January 11 - March 16
DAY & TIME: Monday's at 6:30pm - 7:30pm
Pricing: Member - $50
Non-Member - $60

STUDIO V: Women Strength Training


Women Strength Training is a workout specifically designed for all the ladies. This great workout will have you increasing your endurance and toning your muscles all while learning how to use equipment properly.

DATE: January 11 - April 20
DAYS: Monday & Wednesday
: 4:30pm-5:20pm
COST: Free

Learn the basics of this rapidly growing fitness trend, TRX! Along with great TRX instruction, the class will include functional training that involves full body movements and learn to stabilize the body and use your core in every exercise.

DATE: January 11 - February 29
DAY & TIME: Monday's at 5:30pm - 6:30pm
Pricing: Member - $25
Non-Member - $35

Fundamentals of NASM
Fundamentals of NASM will be an 8-week class based around the National Academy of Sports Medicine’s (NASM) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) model. The OPT model consists of 5 phases; Stabilization, Strength Endurance, Hypertrophy, MaximalStrength, and Power. Participants in this class will spend two weeks in each phase, learning the fundamentals of the phase and performing exerciseswithin that phase that will challenge any fitness level.

DATE: January 12 - March 10
DAY & TIME: Tuesday's & Thursday's at 5:30am - 6:30am
Pricing: Member - $60
Non-Member - $85

This Bootcamp class is a 4-week program that starts the week after Spring Break. It can serve as a Phase II from our Cross Training course, or you can join us to get ready for summer! This class will focus more on cardio and high intensity training.

DATE: March 28 - April 18
DAY & TIME: Wednesday's & Friday's at 6:30am - 7:30am
Pricing: Member - $25
Non-Member - $35
