Studio V Class Schedule + Pricing


Cross Training 
This 9-week program will focus on building a platform for your workout routine. We will focus on improving your form and strength. This class will begin with basic body weight exercises and work up to using equipment and increasing intensity. This is a great opportunity to get back in the gym after the holidays and prepare for your Spring Break getaways!

P90X Live
P90X Live is a popular program and is a great way to get up and get moving! P90X Live incorporates Cardio-X, Lower Body, Upper Body, and X-Core into a 60 minute class. Learn correct form and ways to modify your workout whether you want to increase or decrease intensity. P90X Live is for any fitness level! This course will meet every Wednesday from 5:30-6:30pm in Studio V from May 11th – June 29th.

STUDIO V: Women Strength Training
Women Strength Training is a workout specifically designed for all the ladies. This great workout will have you increasing your endurance and toning your muscles all while learning how to use equipment properly.

TRX FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
Learn the basics of this rapidly growing fitness trend, TRX! Along with great TRX instruction, the class will include functional training that involves full body movements and learn to stabilize the body and use your core in every exercise.

High Intensity Training
Do you get bored with the same workout or do you want a program to challenge you more? HIT is a type of training that blends all types of fitness formats into one fast paced class. Learn new ways to increase your speed, strength, and power! This course will meet every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:30pm in Studio V from May 17th – August 4th.

Beginner Ballroom & Intermediate Salsa
Beginner Ballroom will help you build a strong foundation of movement of basic ballroom dancing. In this 8-week course you will learn the basic timing, footwork, partner skills, turns, and so much more! The course will run from May 11th – June 29th and meet every Wednesday from 7:00-8:00p in Studio 4.

Intermediate Salsa will continue to build upon the basic skills taught in our Beginner Salsa. In this course you will focus on techniques of body movement, connection, and foot placement to help with leading and following for more advanced turns and combination moves. This course will run from May 11th – June 29th and meet every Wednesday from 6:00-7:00p in Studio 4.
