We offer a wide variety of fitness classes, designed to fit your scheduling needs. From seasoned cyclers to those wanting to try yoga for the first time, Ufit has a class that will get you moving!
New and challenging classes are continually being offered throughout the year! Look for classes like Bellydancing, Bootcamp, Total Exhaust, Group Cycling, Aqua Xtreme. Other classes include: Ab Lab, Step-it-Up, Yoga, Pilates, Guts & Butts, Zumba, Bosu, Latin Dance, and Total Body Conditioning.
What's the difference between Ufit and Instructional classes?
Ufit classes are the basic, free classes; while Instructional classes are the more advanced classes at an additional cost. The additional cost goes to pay the instructor for their higher certification all at a fair price.

- Looking to improve your self-confidence, gain strength, and flexibility? Register for our Instructional Karate class today! Register at Membership for only $10.00!! Classes Begin July 30th and are held in Studio 2 every Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30-8:30pm.
Protect yourself this summer by learning all the defensive moves necessary in our hour long Self-Defense course! Register four our 5 week long Instructional class today for only $15.00. You will gain strength, confidence, and knowledge on how to stay safe and defend against an attack. Classes begin on July 1st, check out our website for more information.
Are you stuck in an exercise rut? Kettlebell training is just the class to SWING you up and out of that rut! Build stronger muscles, improve flexibility, enhance sport performance, and improve your overall fitness level in as little as 30 minutes! Join our Studio V SWING-Kettlebell Training course for only $45.00. Register at membership and classes begin on June 11th.
Looking to stay in shape all summer long? Join Studio V High Intensity Interval Training Xpress Class today! You’ll be challenged physically three times a week for five weeks as your body transforms into a lean mean fat burning machine! Classes held every Monday/Wednesday/Friday at 5:15pm.
Begin your day by relaxing and finding your inner piece by participating in our Summer Sunrise Yoga Series-Yoga on the Green. Join us on the Campus Green for this free class every Friday at 7:30am beginning July 3rd.
Feel the wind in your hair as you ride with us outside this summer. We are offering a FREE Cycling on the Green Series for anyone interested. Classes are held in Monday May 20th, July 1st, and August 26th at 12:15pm.
