Schedule an appointment with one of our licensed massage therapist. Or are you wanting your diet assessed? The recreation center has a registered dietitian on staff to work with you and help guide you in the right direction. Whether you are interested in massage therapy, nutrition counseling, or simply picking up wellness literature you can always stop by our Wellness Suite lounge. Enjoy this cozy lounge by relaxing in our big comfy chairs, sitting at the wellness bar, attending our cooking demonstrations, or watching the food network. Our wellness door is always open-hope to see you there!
Campus Recreation members may schedule a nutrition session with a Registered Dietitian (R.D.) which will include a nutrition assessment, counseling, and diet instruction planning.
Sign up for personal nutritional counseling and learn how to develop a personalized nutrition plan, assess your diet, learn preventative methods, gain knowledge about weight management techniques, learn tips and tricks on how to eat healthy while eating out, and how to choose healthy options at the grocery store.

Celebrate a little “you” time by scheduling yourself a massage today! Massage sessions are available in the Wellness Resource Center for 30 or 60 minute increments and performed by certified massage therapist. Choose from a variety of massage therapy packages!
