Exhibition: UAB presents Amanda Browder: “Magic Chromacity,” in the UAB Abroms-Engel Institute for the Visual Arts, 1221 10th Ave. South.

The work will be available for viewing during daylight hours.

New York artist Amanda Browder will present her commissioned work for the UAB AEIVA and Alys Stephens Performing Arts Center, “Magic Chromacity.” Her large-scale, colorful, outdoor recycled-fabric installation will celebrate UAB’s new cultural corridor. Admission is free. The AEIVA is open to the public 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and 12-6 p.m. Saturday and is closed Sundays and holidays.
