The goal of this work is to develop an integrative genomics approach  to complex human disease with a mathematical framework to understand disease dynamics and etiology.


  1. Disease dynamic modeling from the perspective of system stability to identify disease pathways
  2. Network modeling of disease pathways to pin down top candidate genes
  3. Genotype top candidates in human samples to identify disease genes
