Research Interests:

Dr. Waters’ research interests focus on improving the health and well-being of older adults, particularly family caregivers.  Her background includes working with national studies to examine the risk for mortality among caregivers, psychosocial factors impacting caregivers of stroke survivors, and the association between driving cessation and health trajectories among older adults.
