Jackson State University The Jackson State University Research Centers in Minority Institutions (RCMI) Center for Environmental Health (CEH) was established in 1998 with a grant from the NIH. The Center’s long-term goal is to build and sustain a state-of-the-art infrastructure that serves as a platform for interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary biomedical research collaborations.
