We designed the PSTP to teach practical, professional skills needed for research.

This includes grant writing (how to plan and write research, career development, and fellowship applications);  sharing research findings (writing abstracts and manuscripts, and giving scientific presentations);  plus important skills such as leadership, mentoring and creativity.
