The PSTP is designed to provide practical assistance in the areas of scientific writing (such as the development of grants and scientific manuscripts), scientific presentations, career development, and leadership. Sponsored by the Center for Clinical and Translational Science, the target audience of the PSTP is all faculty, staff, trainees and students interested in expanding their professional skills in the stated areas.

Goals: The goal of this seminar is to introduce library tools and search strategies that result in quick, effective searches. Topics include finding articles, keeping up with the literature, finding journals to publish in, and author metrics.
