Congratulations to all of the groups that participated in the Healthy Change in Your Community (HC3) this year.  The Closing Ceremony of the Healthy Change in Your Community Challenge received media coveragefrom  FOX-6 and the Birmingham News .  

In addition to the awards ceremony and presentations from the participating groups, a total of 53 children were measured and 64 project evaluations collected. Overall, the majority of participants would “definitely” recommend this program to others and most of the respondents indicated that they’d made some changes to their eating habits (e.g. giving up sodas, consuming less sweets and breads etc.)
