We will try to schedule a child that is not feeling well the same day that you call for an appointment. We will see patients scheduled for appointments first and then we will see unscheduled patients. If your child is sick and need to be seen please call our office as soon as possible to shcedule an appointment.

• If you are unable to keep an appointment, please inform a member of our staff as soon as possible so we can better schedule other patients.
• Patients that are late by 30 mintues or more will be reschedulesd.

Telephone Calls and Emergency Visits

If you have questions about your child and need to talk to a doctor or nurse, please call 934-7027 and your call will be returned as soon as possible. Please inform our receptionist by giving your name, your child's name, phone number where you can be reached and the nature of your questions.

• If your child is very sick and is in need of immediate assitance, please call 911.
