Welcome to the website for The Birmingham Chapter of the Society

for Neuroscience.

We are pleased to announce that we have reactivated the Birmingham

Chapter of the Society for Neuroscience (SfN). Our 2009 Brain

Awareness Week activities were a great success and we are looking forward

to next year. In addition to Brain Awareness Week, SfN has many other

outreach programs such as the Neuroscientist-Teacher Partner Program

which connects K-12 teachers and neuroscientists. Local SfN members

who would like to participate in outreach activities are encouraged to

contact this chapter.
