Your Appointment

  • We encourage you to help us make sure that you have regular appointments so that your care progresses as expected.
  • We make every effort to accommodate appointment changes if we have 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. 
  • Payment is due on the day of service so please bring a form of payment to your appointment. We currently accept: cash, check or credit card (Visa, MasterCard or Discover). At this time we cannot accept American Express or Care Credit. 
  • Parking in front of the building requires payment at the kiosk in our lobby. Please bring ample amounts of change (coins) or a credit card for the machine. For more information on parking options, see our Parking section. 
  • If you have a child with you who is not the patient, please be sure to have another adult who can watch your child while you are in being treated. For safety reasons, we are not allowed to watch children who are left unattended.
