The School of Public Health comprises a community of outstanding scholars and professionals working together to foster a dynamic and timely research agenda critical to the health of the citizens of the world. Our diversity of disciplines, interests, faculty, staff, and students encourages an unparalleled intellectual vitality within a university heralded for its research capabilities.

Succeeding at those goals requires a solid base of research, program, and direct student support. Our 14 endowed scholarships, research initiatives within our five departments and five centers, lecture series, and school-wide programs that enhance the educational experience and reward excellence also benefit citizens worldwide who come in contact with the public health leaders we train. Traditional revenues such as tuition, fees, federal grants, and state funds provide for daily work, but they often vary with the level of state revenues and enrollments.
