Patrons of the Alys Robinson Stephens Performing Arts Center (ASC) who enjoyed the dynamic flipping, leaping, and spinning of the Peking Acrobats can thank Integrated Medical Systems International, Inc. (IMS) for its sponsorship with a recent gift. “At every performance, I’m reminded of how much passion and hard work is required for success,” says Gene Robinson, president and CEO of IMS. “Artistic success inspires us to reach for our own personal best. Every city needs the arts to inspire its people. Every great city needs an Alys Stephens Center.”

“The ASC continues its tremendous success because of the generosity of IMS and that of other corporations, individuals, and organizations that understand the wonderful impact that accessibility to the arts can have in our community,” says Shirley Salloway Kahn, Ph.D., vice president for development, alumni, and external relations. “We appreciate Gene Robinson and IMS for promoting the arts and arts education in Birmingham and for believing in the work of UAB’s ASC.”

IMS also has supported the VIVA Health Starlight Gala and has made contributions to the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center.
