The Master of Public Health in Maternal and Child Health Policy and Leadership Program can prepare you to assume a leadership position in the crucial and focused field of health care.
The MCPQ program is designed to educate individuals who will plan, administer, and evaluate programs in maternal and child health. The program provides information about the special problems faced by women and children, including children with special health care needs, and their families.
The MCPQ Program develops and integrates skills learned from maternal and child health courses along with health policy and leadership courses. It emphasizes the ability to apply learned problem solving techniques to challenging situations and to lead quality health care changes in maternal and child health policy.
