The Construction Engineering Management (CEM) program welcomed a total of 39 new students during the January 15th and 16th “Boot Camp”. The two-day orientation marks the official start of a track of study in which students will take courses online over the next 19 months to earn a Masters of Engineering (MEng) degree through the Department of Civil, Construction and Environmental Engineering (CCEE).

I started pursuing the construction engineering management program to help me prepare for the construction engineering portion of the engineering license examination. It was important that this program is tailored to working professionals. I am now armed with new construction management skills, a thirst for more knowledge and will continue my education past this degree.
