Research Interests

Dr. Massoud leads research efforts in various areas of Electrical and Computer Engineering and their application to Biotechnology and Nanotechnology. His research interests also include Interconnect-Centric, Thermally-Aware, and Ultra-Low Power Digital Design Methodologies; Modeling and Variability-Aware Design for RF/Analog circuits and Systems; Modeling and Design of compressive Sensing-Based Sub-Nyquist Communications Systems; Modeling and design of nanophotonic structures for emerging computing applications; Modeling and design of graphene and nanotube-based devices for emerging computing applications
