EGR 653 – Strategy and Innovation
This course examines technological innovation as an element of organizational strategy. Topics include the nature and management of innovation, the product design and development process, and aligning technical groups with overall organizational strategy. Exercises will include the development of a new product rollout plan and the design of a strategic planning process.
