Individual Development & Educational Assessment (IDEA)
All faculty members were invited to attend an open meeting with Dr. Shelley Chapman from IDEA Center to discuss the use of the IDEA Student survey and the Administrator evaluation tool.
Dr. Chapman spent the day at UAB to providing information regarding the use of IDEA surveys to:
- improve teaching
- inform the evaluation process
- act as one component of the teaching assessment process
