The BLAZE Leadership Academy provides opportunities for select faculty and staff to enhance leadership and management skills, learn more about the administrative functions at the university, and network with others who are in similar positions across campus. BLAZE typically meets one Friday a month from September through May, and participants are expected to attend all sessions. To participate in BLAZE, faculty and staff must be nominated by their Dean or Vice President and then selected through a competitive application process. For more information, please contact Emily Wykle at firstname.lastname@example.org or to UAB Human Resources site for details: BLAZE
