Change of Session/Deferral of Admission
Students who are admitted to a degree-seeking program are allowed to request a deferral of their admission for a one (1) year period from the original term of admission. If more than one (1) year has elapsed since the original term of admission, the student must submit new application materials. A student must notify their department, the International Recruitment and Student Services office (if applicable) and the Graduate School of their decision to request a deferral of their admission. The department retains the right to accept or decline a student’s request for deferral.
