The 3-story lobby, which will serve as the main entrance for the entire hospital facility, is designed to welcome visitors and help them navigate with ease. Two walls of windows flood the area with natural light, smoothing the transition from the outside and giving newcomers a point of reference for finding their way. A soaring three-floor atrium is softened by lush greenery, bringing nature into an otherwise urban setting. The cream and brown tones of the limestone and granite floors set a warm scheme of neutral tones, while accents of black and dark green add contrast.

With abundant plants and plenty of seating, the area has the welcoming ambiance of a hotel lobby. Comfortable, carpeted waiting areas flank the two walls of windows. Here, plush set-tees and chairs offer a restful place for visitors to wait. A contrasting diamond floor pattern, found on and near the elevators, is repeated on every floor to make the elevators easier to find.

From the second-floor corridors overlooking the lobby atrium, one can conveniently access all wings of the hospital, as well as a covered crosswalk to a new parking deck.
