There are a variety of reasons to attend Organizational Learning & Development classes. All of our classes teach job related skills and concepts. Whether you are learning how to manage stress or how to get the most out of your computer software, you will leave class with skills you can use. You may be polishing skills for the position you have now or developing new skills for a future promotion. Many of our classes are designed to help you move into supervisory and leadership positions.
Attending classes can also allow you to network with your UAB colleagues. You get the opportunity to meet people from across campus and benefit from their experience and perspective.
