Administrative Systems Self Service
The Oracle System allows employees to manage their personal information through a Self Serve module which allows you to change your personal information, direct deposit accounts, tax withholdings, to view and print personal employee assignment data, current payslips, employment verifications, and W2 forms in Oracle HR. The link above takes you to step by step instructions for performing those actions.

To update your personal information you can log on to the UAB Administrative System and select UAB Self-Service Applications. Use the link below to access the website. If you do not have access to the internet, you may visit HR Records or Payroll to use one of the guest computers to change your information. Your department may process an ACT Data Change form to change your information if you are unable to make these changes yourself.

Please note: If you will be leaving employment with UAB, please be sure to update your address before you leave, or report any upcoming address change to your department to be turned in with your ACT document. Once you have left employment with UAB, you will be required to provide a written request for changes to any of your personal data on our system.

The ACT Document
