Customer Service Certificate
The Customer Service Series Certificate is designed to focus on moving beyond ordinary performance to foster personal and team accountability, capitalizing on individual influence, and developing service recovery skills. The courses in this certificate prompt participants to actively pursue an outstanding UAB experience; for their customer, their team, and themselves.
About the Certificate
You must enroll, attend, and complete 4 of the 5 classes listed to qualify for this certificate. After you have completed the required number of courses, we will provide you with a certificate of completion. Call the Organizational Learning & Development office at 934-3359 to request your certificate. You can track your progress on this certificate, and other certificate programs using our Certificate Programs Checklist.
Please note: Some classes are offered on a rotating basis and may not be available each quarter. Also, if you have already completed any of the required courses they will automatically be applied toward the certificate.
