UAB has spent the past several years converting the legacy administrative systems to new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. The following systems were replaced:
- Human Resources System (HURS) – Replaced January 2004 by Oracle
- Financial Accounting System (FAS) – Replaced October 2004 by Oracle
- Purchasing Accounts Payable system (PAPS) – Replaced October 2004 by Oracle
- Electronic Forms System (EFS) – Replaced October 2004 by Oracle
- Equipment Accounting System (EAS) - Replaced April 2006 by Sunflower
- Student Administrative Records System (STARS) – Replaced June 2006 by Banner
- Alumni Development Gift Records (ADGR) – Replaced October 2006 by Banner
- Student Accounts Receivable - Replaced August 2007 by Banner
Select Legacy information is available through online forms or through optical imaging systems. Some information will require contact with the proper central department or may no longer be available. The chart below details the available information and how to access it after November 16th, 2008.
