Camp CSI: Birmingham Download and print the Camp CSI: Birmingham 2012 Registration Form.
The registration form should be mailed, along with the $50 registration fee to:

Once the form and registration fee are received by the Department of Justice Sciences, your camper’s spot will be held. Registration for the June camp is limited to 20 participants and will be offered on a first come, first served basis. If the June camp fills up quickly, a second camp may be offered in July.
You will be notified via email or phone call that your registration fee has been received and your camper is registered.
The rest of the tuition ($199) can be paid any time before the camp begins. Camp tuition can be mailed to the address above or dropped off in person at UBOB 210. The UBOB building is located at 1201 University Blvd.; Birmingham, AL 35294.
Please note that Camp CSI; Birmingham is a day camp and that campers must be dropped off and picked up each day. At this time, we do not have any on-campus housing for campers living outside the Birmingham area. WHEN: June 18th – June 22nd 8:30 am – 4:30 pm If the June camp fills up, a second camp may be offered in July AGES: 10th - 12th grade (includes rising 10th graders and graduated seniors) COST: $199 per student + $50.00 non-refundable registration fee (check or money order; No credit or debit cards accepted.
