Why does the library have a liaison program?
We have learned through our needs assessment processes, that many library users don't know about the resources and services available.
The objectives of the liaison program are:
- to get information to faculty and staff
- to give us a better understanding of faculty and staff needs to support teaching, research and clinical care
- to provide a more personalized level of service
- to increase the visibility of the library’s resources and services across campus
