I have a citation to an article. How can I find the online full text?
To see if we have the online full text of an article, try using the PubMed Single Citation Matcher, or copy and paste the article title into the PubMed search box. You could also use our E-Article Citation Matcher. These tools should be used to locate articles for which you already have the citation (journal title, article title, author, date, etc). PubMed Single Citation Matcher will search citations in PubMed, and E-Article Citation Matcher will search the library's e-journals for online full-text access to the article.
Take a look at our LHL Guide on Finding Full Text for more assistance.
If the article you're looking for is not available online, check the LHL catalog and the Sterne catalog to see if the article is available in print. If neither library has the article in print, you can request the item through interlibrary loan (ILLiad).
If you need any help finding an article, please Ask a Librarian.
