I am at Children's Hospital and cannot access LHL resources online.

It is likely that the hospital's firewall is preventing you from accessing LHL resources. You will need to speak to the Children's Hospital IT department to correct this. You can call them for help at 996-7777 or submit a ticket by email at pedshelp@peds.uab.edu.
