• Document Delivery*
  Request photocopy and document delivery service for journal articles that Lister Hill Library owns (using the same forms as ILL). Available to UAB faculty, staff, and students.
• E-Reserve Form
  Instructors may request that library materials (or their personal items) be placed on electronic reserve for use by their entire class.
• Education Evaluation
  Provide feedback on a library educational session.
• Education Registration

• Expert Search Request*
  Request that a trained librarian do a literature search for you.
• Interlibrary Loan (ILL)*
  Request that LHL borrow a book, book chapter, or journal article from another library for your use. Service available to UAB faculty, staff, and students.
• NIH Public Access Policy Support
  Request assistance in finding and obtaining PMCIDs, submitting manuscripts and following the approval process.
• Patron Registration Form
  Library patrons can print out and submit this signed form to be sure they are in the library database (for checking out materials and scheduling the classroom).
• Purchase Recommendation Form
  Request that the library purchase a specific book, journal, or online resource.
