HEALTH DATABASES THROUGH EBSCOHOST

Access is now available to several health related databases through the EBSCOHost interface.  They are:

Alt-Health-Watch
Coverage of alternative medicine from over 160 international, peer-reviewed and professional journals, magazines, reports, proceedings and association and consumer newsletters, many of which include full text.

Health Source Plus
Consumer health database which provides full text for nearly 280 health periodicals, over 1,100 health pamphlets, and 20 health reference books.

Clinical Reference Systems
Provides over 7,000 reports, in every-day language, describing symptoms, treatments, risks and after-effects of a vast array of medical topics and conditions.

USP DI Volume II, Advice for the Patient
Volume of the United States Pharmacopoeia which provides patient-oriented drug information in lay language.
