Voice Your Opinion about Lister Hill Library with LibQUAL+
Dear Library User,
To help us plan improvements here at the Lister Hill Library of the Health Sciences, we are participating in a nationwide project to measure the effectiveness of library services and resources. The assessment is being done with a web-based survey, using the LibQUAL+ instrument. The LibQUAL+ survey is designed to assist libraries in soliciting, tracking, understanding, and acting upon users opinions of service quality. I am hoping that you will be able to contribute a few minutes of your time to help us better measure how well we serve the UAB community.
You may have participated in a similar survey sent from the Mervyn Sterne Library last spring. Each library participates in the survey every two years, with Sterne distributing the survey in the spring and Lister Hill in the fall. Please focus your answers on the Lister Hill Library even if you use Sterne more frequently.
Your response to the survey is anonymous. However, we will award three ebook readers, one each to a randomly selected student, faculty and staff member who chooses to provide an e-mail when they participate in the survey. To be included in the drawing for an ebook reader, you must fully complete the survey, including clicking the "Complete the Survey" button at the end and providing your official UAB e-mail address.
If you wish to participate, click on the URL below and on through to the survey.
Thank you for your time and providing suggestions for improvements.
