Historical Collections Closed May 17-25

The Historical Collections unit of Lister Hill Library, composed of the UAB Archives, the Alabama Museum of the Health Sciences and the Reynolds Historical Library, will be closed from May 17-25 to facilitate the move of the Archives. The Central Support Building where the UAB Archives is currently located is being razed to make way for the City of Birmingham's new downtown baseball park at Railroad Park, and therefore the Archives is moving to Lister Hill Library. Because of this forthcoming move, the Archives will be closed from Monday, May 7th through Friday, June 29th. The other two parts of the unit will only be closed during the actual moving dates, May 17-25.
