Group Study Room Reservation Policy

• Groups of two or more with valid UAB ID's

• Eight Group Study Rooms that seat six people
• Each room has a networked computer
• Markers for boards usually available at Circulation Desk

• First-come, first-served basis
• Reservations are limited to three hours per day
• Reservations are held 15 minutes for a group to assemble
• Any room that is vacant or occupied by a single person is available for immediate group reservation
• Leaving items in a room does not "reserve" that room

• Reservations take priority over walk-in users.
• Personal software may not be installed
• Rooms are not intended for continuing activities such as classes or standing meetings.
• Library not responsible for items left in rooms

  Food and Drink policy as the rest of the library.]

Reservations are taken in person or by phone. Provide the following information:

• *Name & phone number
• *Number of people in the group
• *Date and time period (i.e., 2-5 pm)
