             Parking Rate:  0-2 Hours = $3.00;    Each Additional Hour is $1.00;  with a $8.00 max daily.


Directions to ACIP

From Interstate 65 South:

Take the 4th Avenue South exit.  The ramp becomes 4th Avenue South as you pass back under the interstate.  Follow 4th Avenue South to 18th Street.  Turn right on 18th Street.  Go straight ahead for two blocks.  (There is a traffic light at each block.)  Turn right on 6th Ave South. Go to the first traffic light and turn Left to enter the patient parking area for Spain Rehabilitation Center (our building) and Center for Psychiatric Medicine.  The first door is CPM.  You will want to park near the second door, which is Spain Rehabilitation. (See below for “once you are in the building”).

From Interstate 65 North:

Take the University Boulevard (8th Avenue South) exit. Follow University Boulevard to 18th Street.  Turn left on 18th Street.  Follow 18th Street for two blocks to 6th Avenue South (There will be a traffic light at the intersection).  Turn left onto 6th Avenue South. At the next traffic light, turn left into the parking area for Spain Rehabilitation Center (our building) and Center for Psychiatric Medicine.  The first door is CPM.  You will want to park near the second door, which is Spain Rehabilitation.  (See below for “once you are in the building”).

From Interstate 59 South:

Exit at Carraway Boulevard/Hwy 31 South off of I-59.  Go to University Blvd/8th Avenue South exit.  Take this exit and turn right at the red light.  Follow University Blvd to 18th Street.  Turn right on 18th Street. Follow 18th Street for two blocks to 6th Avenue South.  Turn left on 6th Avenue South.  Turn left onto 6th Avenue south. From Hwy 280 West:

Take Hwy 280 West and exit at Red Mountain Expressway.  Continue on Red Mountain Expressway until you pass St. Vincent’s Hospital.  Exit at University Blvd. (8th Ave South). Bear Right onto University Blvd. (8th Ave. South) and continue to 18th Street.  Turn right on 18th Street (you will need to merge into the Left lane).  Go straight ahead for two blocks.  (There is a traffic light at each block.)  Turn Left on 6th Ave South. Go to the first traffic light and turn Left to enter the patient parking area for Spain Rehabilitation Center (our building) and Center for Psychiatric Medicine.  The first door is CPM.  You will want to park near the second door, which is Spain Rehabilitation. (See below for “once you are in the building”).

Patients please bring your parking ticket inside with you.  We will authorize it so you will not have to pay parking


Once you are in the building:

When you enter Spain Rehabilitation Center, you will see a set of elevators ahead on your right. Take these elevators to the basement. When you exit the elevators, turn to your right. Go all the way to the end of the hall. At the end of the hall, turn left. The first door on the right, ACIP Room 062 (Arthritis Clinical Intervention Program), will be the door to our office. Please ring the door bell.
