Dr. Jack Crawford is an assistant professor in the Division of Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology. He joined the faculty in 2011, after completing a cardiothoracic anesthesiology fellowship at UAB. Dr. Crawford obtained additional training in pediatric cardiac anesthesia at Boston Children’s Hospital and specializes in adult and pediatric cardiac anesthesia.
His research interests include quality improvement in congenital cardiac anesthesia and modulating the inflammatory response and organ injury associated with cardiac surgery.
