Professional Development

A portion of the Department's annual operating budget is allocated to promote and support the academic growth of our residents each fiscal year.  This is accomplished by providing each resident a Professional Development Account (PDA) with a defined level of annual funding.  Residents receive $1000 to $1500 per year depending on their year of training to be used for educational expenses.  These can include at the resident's discretion

  • Professional books and journals
