	Using state of the art equipment and methods, this section provides both inpatient and outpatient clinical diagnostic services to the entire UAB Medical Center. In addition, an extensive research program is in place including new imaging agents, new methods & instrumentation, and extensive work as the core image core laboratory for many federal and industry sponsored clinical studies.
