11:15 – 12:15 One-on-One Consultations with facilitators
12:15 – 1:00 Networking Lunch/ Wrap Up



computer book minThe purpose of this workshop is to work with established investigators to develop and hone the specific aims page of your upcoming grant application. The format of the workshop is designed to communicate and discuss with a non-specialized group of experienced scientists the individual research questions proposed. You will have one-on-one consultations with an assigned facilitator (based on research expertise) to help amend your aims.

OneonOnecrop1The CFAR Specific Aims Workshop isn't successful without the faciliators who participate. The facilitators have an active role in shaping and strengthening the participants' specific aims page. Facilitators serve two roles:
          1) Participating in the Q&A sessions after participants presentations
          2) Meeting one-on-one with participants in consulations sessions and providing feedback in an evaluation form

The Workshop Leadership will pair you with a participant you can best serve based on research experience and expertise.
